- All fields in the header (orange background) “Canton, Postal Code, and Voting Municipality” MUST be completed.
- All individuals signing a sheet MUST VOTE in THE INDICATED MUNICIPALITY. Only those voting in that specific municipality should sign the sheet corresponding to it.
- For individuals voting in ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY, use a separate sheet. (You can submit multiple sheets, even if partially filled.)
- All entries must be HANDWRITTEN.
- Each line must be completed ONLY by the signer. No one may fill in multiple fields in advance “to save time.”
- Do not cut or tear this sheet. All information on the sheet (within the large orange rectangle) must remain intact for verification.
